Mystical Scrapbooks Sparkle Cyber Crop

Hi Guys I have just finished the 3rd layout for the Cyber Crop challenges for Mystical Scrapbooks I've created a single 12"page, a double 12" layout and an A4 page

This months challenge over at Its all about the things our Boys, men say I have created a page documenting the day his dream came true and he had a Meerkat Encounter at the Wildlife HQ He was so thrilled and we took so many photos

Today i share my page I created for this months White With 1 challenge My page photo is one from 25 years ago when there used to be a tourist attraction on the sunshine coast called Nostalgia Town we visited it several times with our kids when they were younger

Beautiful Birdcage

Hi everyone and check out my latest Denise Boddey Design Team Creation I have taken an MDF pencil box and a selection of papers from Denise Boddey Le Jardin Romantique collection along with a couple of Denise Boddey chipboards

I have painted the entire box with a mixture of acrylic paints and also painted my chipboard pieces with white gesso

I have then embossed the chipboard pieces

I have glued the chipboard pieces to the side of the box

I have used Archival inks to colour the hair and vines on the chipboard pieces for the lid

Next was to add my papers to the box both inside each compartment and on the lid

From here it was easy to finish of my project I have layered the chipboard on the lid adding some muslin around the chipboard

I’ve also added some corner pieces to the box lid and a drawer latch handle to pull it open with

Autumn Lane

Well another month is nearly over This month over at Atumn Lane we have a sketch challenge which you can i corporate anyway you like Create something using Autumn Lane flowers on it and add to our facebook page My creation today is a journal page

Scrap the Boys in Blue

This months challenge was white with any 1 colour so I have gone for a Royal Blue colour to match this photo of my son at our daughters Engagement party a couple of years ago

Artistic February Challenge

Hi everyone this layout was created for the Artisitc February Challenge which features Yellow, Red and Blue colours with Black frames I have used photos of my nephews birthday celebrated with a square yellow sponge bob cake very appropriate I thought check out the challenge

Painting is Poetry

I have created this altered book it was a velvet coloured 1/2 heart shaped book so when you open it it makes a completed heart shape I started by glueing the pages in a stagered shape to give it depth and texture I have stencilled, stamped, embossed the page edges, splattered, and decorated this book with lots of different mediums Finished off with some pretty Autumn Lane flowers and butterflies

The last Challenge over at Mystical scrapbookers was to use stamping on your page So last night with no power I set about creating this page I've used an old Making Memories circle page on a green cardstock base I have stamped a Uniquely Creative circle stamp all around the circle in different inks and then a textured background crackle stamp on the cardstock base I have finished off using a whole range of Pink Fresh Puffy Sticker Words around the photo describing the photo and myself and then journalled around the circle about the photo

I have created a cute little colourful card for this challenge with hearts, flowers and butterflies In some very bright summer colours

Geisha Girl

Another cyber crop challenge completed for the Mystical Scrapbookers January challenges This one was to use water colours and dies on your layout Ive scrapped some beautiful flowers from my daughters Geisha Girl plant it is so beautiful and attracts so many lovely butterflies I created my background using my Metallic water colours by Art Philosophy and then used a small leaf die, butterfly die and a swirly butterfly corner die finished with some Kaiserkraft gemstones

Hi everyone todays page is created for the Mystical Scrapbooks Cyber Crop Challenge 1 to use Fussy cutting This is a gorgeous photo of my daughter from their engagement photo shoot a few years ago Ive used Paper Rose papers, some copper foil details have been added and finished off with some copper micro beads

Silver and Gold with memories of Old

My challenge for this months challenge over at Archiscraps The challenge requires the use of silver and gold I have used a blank white page, added some silver embossed texture to the background

Ive used some pattern paper and gold and silver foil papers around the photo and up in the top corner Embellished with gold roses, silver gauze leaves and gold skeleton leaves Finished off with some gold paint flicks and gold and silver micro beads

Todays creation is for Autumn Lane This months challenge is Lace or Trims with Autumn Lane flowers So I have taken and old Moccona coffee jar and cleaned it up stuck on some hessian, added lace and a crocheted trim. Finished off with a nice big bow and some matching Autumn Lane flowers
